Shipping options

  • Courier (GLS / DPD)

    For smaller parcels (washers, short strips) — tracked, next-day within Hungary.

  • Pallet freight

    For larger sheet quantities (> 20 kg) on pallets via Schenker / Waberer's partners.

  • Express delivery

    Urgent? Same-day dispatch, next-morning delivery within Hungary (surcharge applies).

  • EU-wide shipping

    DAP Incoterms 2020, most EU destinations in 2–5 business days.

On-site pickup

In Budapest you can pick up in person after scheduling — at least one business day in advance. Pay by cash or transfer.

Returns & warranty

Standard-size products can be returned within 14 days in unopened packaging. Custom-cut pieces are made to order and non-returnable unless faulty. Warranty: visible defects within 8 days, hidden defects per Hungarian Civil Code.
